At ApolloRise, Ms. Zakharchenko manages a team of executives and senior consultants with deep procurement expertise. Before launching ApolloRise, Ms. Zakharchenko co-founded and served as the chief operations and people officer at DocsDNA, a technology company, from 2024 to 2025. There, she played a pivotal role in scaling operations and advancing AI adoption initiatives. Notably, Ms. Zakharchenko successfully launched a scalable information technology solution with the company before the widespread adoption of generative AI platforms.
Between 2023 and 2024, Ms. Zakharchenko served as the head of people experience and operations at Better Therapeutics, following her tenure as a people operations manager for the organization from 2022 to 2023. In these roles, she led enterprise-wide human resources initiatives. Earlier in her career, from 2007 to 2013, she worked with Basic Element, a global conglomerate and Forbes 500 company, where she supported Forbes Top 10 executives and contributed to strategic organizational development at the international level.
Ms. Zakharchenko held several human resources positions with Johnson & Johnson between 2015 and 2021.
