Previously, Mr. Cook was chief solution architect at Apex Systems (2024–2025), where he designed solutions to address complex business challenges across industries. His work ensured that advanced technologies were integrated into client operations in scalable and adaptable ways.
From 2012 to 2024, Mr. Cook served as vice president of technology at Neudesic, LLC, an IBM company. He managed large-scale technology projects and led the innovation team in developing intellectual property built on emerging technologies. Also, while at Neudesic, Mr. Cook was instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among his colleagues, many of whom advanced to senior positions or successfully transitioned into new career paths under his mentorship.
Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems with a minor in business law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. His academic foundation provided technical expertise and a strong understanding of legal frameworks, shaping his approach to building compliant, innovative solutions.
He has earned multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, and ITIL. These credentials highlight his ongoing commitment to maintaining expertise in cloud computing, mobile development, and IT service management best practices.
Mentorship has played a significant role in shaping Mr. Cook’s professional journey. Inspired by early encouragement from his grandfather, who allowed him to disassemble various electrical equipment around the house, and his mother, who provided him with his first computer, he developed a passion for understanding how things work and using tools effectively. Beyond his professional work, Mr. Cook co-hosts the Fire and Ice fundraising event, which supports the Sojourner Center, providing shelter and aid to individuals affected by domestic violence in Arizona.
