With a career spanning more than two decades, Mr. Joshi has overseen the architecture, design, and implementation of utility management systems with exceptional results. His work especially related to software, IoT and integrations related software/hardware solutions has supported digital transformation efforts at leading organizations both in public and private utilities.
Mr. Joshi’s experience encompasses custom software development, real-time simulation and modeling, GIS integration, mobile field data collection, SCADA system interfacing, and enterprise application integration. His ability to bridge engineering knowledge with cutting-edge technology has made him a trusted partner in the modernization of utility infrastructure.
Mr. Joshi’s career began with Larsen & Toubro Ltd., where he honed his engineering skills before moving on to become the director of support services for Asia at Haestad Methods Solutions/Bentley Systems, from 2002 to 2005. His extensive experience in the industry is complemented by his advisory role on the board of directors at Acmatix Solutions Private Limited, which he has held since 2007 guiding development on global technology projects.
Prior to NJBSoft, Mr. Joshi served as vice president of NCS Engineers, where he led major projects and initiatives including creating and developing involving hydraulic modeling and long-term system planning business.
Mr. Joshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical engineering from L.D. College of Engineering and a Master of Science in environmental engineering from the University of Houston. His lifelong passion for software, dating back to early programming experiences in high school, has shaped a career that merges engineering principles with innovative technology solutions.
Mr. Joshi’s journey into the field was sparked by an early interest in mathematics and software programming during high school. This passion led him to create tools for local industries as early as 1990 and further create tools to solve engineering problems when most programming in engineering field was still in its infancy. This lead to a lifelong fascination with software development. Mr. Joshi’s ability to embrace new technologies, such as AutoCAD and programming using C and python to solve routine engineering issues during his studies set him apart from his peers and fueled his desire to make a meaningful impact through engineering and software solutions.
