Limited have agreed to extend the due diligence period, provided for in the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 5 June 2025, executed by the parties, from 31 July 2025 until 31 August 2025. With most material due diligence completed the extension will allow the parties sufficient time to complete the definitive agreement.
