Ahmedabad, Date: 25th June, 2025
‘Gratitude before grandeur’ has emerged as the heart of the CSR initiative Radixweb recently carried out at Vidya Bharti Foundation – a school nurturing underprivileged children. The tech leader which pronounces its 25th year of engineering excellence shortly, once again takes up the theme of leaving behind indelible footprints on the community – ‘hearts in action and purpose’ as they call it.
July 2025 marks the time when this renowned digital transformation accelerator, Radixweb took its first steps as a traditional development unit. Since then, through futuristic tech strategies, multiple in-house innovations, clean code initiatives, matured and independent development environments, Radixweb has thoroughly addressed deeper business narratives.
Taking its sense of purpose and community building a notch ahead, team Radixweb visited the Vidya Bharti Foundation for what looked like a heartwarming session. From meaningful gifts to edibles wrapped up in an interactive session, Radixweb carried out a humble attempt to be grounded, and in leaving an impact on the young minds in the institution.
“Hope is contagious. It is this hope, passion and determination that has made us a leader in the industry 25 years down the line. We wanted to ignite the same passion in their little hearts – one of our modest efforts to shape the generation of tomorrow,” said Sujit Bhadoriya, HR Manager at Radixweb.
Radixweb believes tech excellence and social responsibility must go hand in hand. And while the CSR session apparently looked like a light-hearted interaction, it was deeply rooted in futuristic intentions. Beyond the gestures of celebration, team members conducted engaging life-learning sessions aimed at igniting curiosity, highlighting the importance of education, and empowering young minds to dream big.
Honouring with care has been central to Radixweb’s 25th anniversary theme – ‘Celebrating Tech Excellence and Trust’. The firm has already launched a stirring social media campaign acknowledging crucial pillars of its success, ones who are often overlooked – from the network teams, house staff to security personnel. Through a series of heartwarming recognitions capturing their day-to-day activities at work, team Radixweb has been expressing gratitude – a subtle reflection of its people-centred business approach.
“At Radixweb, we don’t just engineer software-we build with intent, responsibility, and a deep commitment to shaping a better future. This CSR drive is a heartfelt reflection of our people-first culture”, said Dharmesh Acharya, COO at Radixweb.
With over 4200+ successful software projects delivered across 30+ industries, Radixweb brings a unique blend of process maturity and humanized values. Team Radixweb’s Vidya Bharti Foundation visit marks the start of a series of initiatives planned under the #RadixwebAt25 campaign-designed to honour not just tech milestones, but the people, values, and moments that have defined the company’s journey.
