During this period, he honed his skills in managing complex systems and leading teams, specializing in various Microsoft programs, security administration and project management. Concurrently, he was a senior systems administrator on Upwork from 2011 to 2019, where he was recognized among the Top One Percent of Systems Administrators in 2014.
From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Freedman-Alexander worked as an automation specialist at ScaleXtreme, where he focused on streamlining processes, algorithm development and technical documentation. His earlier roles include providing technical support as a systems administrator at Philips Health Care from 2010 to 2012 and with the Israeli Defense Forces from 2007 to 2010.
Mr. Freedman-Alexander’s educational endeavors have played a key role in his vocational achievements. He holds a professional degree and has obtained numerous certifications from Microsoft to expand his expertise, including as an Azure administrator associate, solutions expert and systems administrator. Furthermore, he completed the New Space Economy course through Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Professional Education, highlighting his dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
