Ms. Che’s career journey includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services, Inc., where she was a principal technical program manager from 2019 to 2020 for Amazon S3, a core cloud product service. She began her tenure at Amazon Web Services as a senior solutions delivery manager from 2015 to 2018 and was the second employee to be promoted to principal solutions delivery manager, continuing to support customers from 2018 to 2019. Her earlier career included positions at Red Hat as a services delivery manager from 2012 to 2015 and various roles at Raytheon, where she developed her engineering and program management expertise.
Ms. Che’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Software Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in information and computer science specializing in networks and distributed systems from the University of California, Irvine, completed in 2004. Her academic achievements have been instrumental in her professional success, providing a strong foundation for her technology and program management work. In addition to her formal education, Ms. Che holds several certifications that have furthered her career. These include the certified Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect-Associate level certifications from Amazon Web Services, as well as the Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., and the Certified Scrum Master designation from Scrum Alliance Inc.
