A/V/E expands services by using Virtimo Digitalization Cloud in their integration platform for chat- and voicebots
Berlin, 01/30/2025 | Speed, efficiency and data quality: Just a few months after the start of the project, A/V/E GmbH has gone live with the first end customer management processes via their new integration platform. The use of the Virtimo Digitalization Cloud makes it possible to fully utilize the potential of chat- and voicebots. With this step, the service provider, specialized in end customer management in the energy sector, is responding to increasing demands caused by the energy and coronavirus crises.
The go-live of these first processes supports the rollout of an extensive digitalization project. The platform acts as a data hub between the chat- and voicebots on A/V/E’s side and the backend systems of A/V/E customers. The data collected with the support of AI can be transferred directly to backend systems without manual intervention, which significantly speeds up processes, increases data quality and ensures greater transparency.
The Virtimo Digitalization Cloud, with the IGUASU low-code service at its core, is a powerful cloud service for the integration of data and systems as well as the automation of complex processes. Thanks to its modular architecture, simple handling and dynamic scalability, even demanding digitalization projects can be implemented efficiently and quickly.
In the future, A/V/E plans to fully automate further, sometimes more complex processes in the energy industry, such as the registration of feed-in systems. The combination of AI and the cloud also opens up completely new opportunities for A/V/E in other sectors such as the housing industry and telecommunications.
