LAS VEGAS, NV, January 14, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Robert Shannon Noland has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
With more than two decades of excellence in serving others and his country, Mr. Noland has earned distinction as a grant manager for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this capacity, he focuses his efforts on developing concepts and plans for funding and implementing those plans.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Noland served honorably in the United States Navy for 14 years. To prepare for his professional journey, he earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Well-qualified in his field, he holds a non-profit housing development certification from the National Development Council.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Noland is proud of his work on transforming a high-rise housing project in Paterson, New Jersey, into a development that does not resemble typical affordable or welfare housing. He worked with an architect to ensure the design of the new development looked similar to the neighborhood, especially the single units for older residents. He has recognized that providing comfortable shelter and regular meals for individuals in need requires financial and intellectual expertise and involves navigating through a bureaucratic process and bringing all the necessary resources together.
