Possessing a rich educational background, Dr. Arthur’s academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, chemistry, and biology with a minor in physics from Saint Olaf College in 1984. He subsequently completed practical traineeship coursework at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before acquiring a Master of Science in applied mathematics from New York University in 1992. Continuing his studies, Dr. Arthur achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in molecular genetics and behavioral neuroscience from the University of Zurich in 1998, a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008, and a master’s degree in technology management from The Wharton School in 2008.
