All of the shares of common stock are to be offered by 3D Systems. In addition, 3D Systems intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase an additional amount of shares of common stock equal to up to 15% of the common stock sold in the public offering at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
