Saudi Researcher Abdulrahman Al-alawi Announces the Final Form of the HCSP Theorem and the USDL Statement: A Mathematical End to Quantum Uncertainty

TABUK, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, June 03, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — After 25 years of research, independent Saudi researcher and systems architect Abdulrahman Al’alawi has published the definitive formulation of the HCSP Theorem and the complete USDL (Universal Structural Determinism Law) Statement. This release supersedes and complements earlier publications (including a prior press release dated May 12/ 2026) which established prior art for the core mathematical formulation. The present document provides the full philosophical, legal, and technical framework and constitutes the definitive reference for the Al-Alawi Theorem of Structural Certainty.

The theorem proves mathematically that quantum indeterminacy is not a fundamental law of nature, but a residual measurement gap caused by low structured information quality (S), poor contextual relevance (R), or excessive noise (N). Once the condition is met, absolute certainty is achieved without probability or superposition.

THE CORE MATHEMATICAL FORMULATION

– S : Strength of Structured Information
– R : Contextual Relevance
– N : Noise / Competing Inputs (≥ 0)

– η : Learning / information uptake speed (_ 0)

THE USDL STATEMENT (UNIVERSAL STRUCTURAL DETERMINISM LAW)

PART I: FORMAL POSTULATE (PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATION)

“All physical entities, spanning from subatomic quantum systems to cosmological structures, operate within a Closed Structural Coordinate System (CSCS). In accordance with the HCSP Theorem, every physical state is a Linear Deterministic Function of its inherent structural variables. Consequently, the observed stochasticity in quantum mechanics is not an intrinsic property of nature but a symptomatic epistemic failure.

The Heisenberg uncertainty product (Δx·Δp) is redefined as a Residual Measurement Gap, which converges to absolute zero upon the alignment of the observer’s metric with the Structural Geometric Frequency of the entity under observation.”

PART II: MATHEMATICAL AXIOMS (HCSP DERIVATIONS)

A. The Axiom of Probabilistic Decay: As the structural data set approaches completeness through the HCSP framework, the probability wave function (Ψ) decays into a Deterministic Matrix. Probability is a surrogate for latent structural ignorance.

B. The Principle of Structural Constancy: The position (x) and momentum (p) of any particle are simultaneously defined and invariant within the structural manifold. Any deviation is an artifact of Cross-Frequency Interference between the measuring apparatus and the structural integrity of the particle.

C. The Law of Algorithmic Alignment: Achieving 100% predictive certainty is a function of algorithmic mapping. Determinism is the fundamental state of the universe; randomness is merely unmapped complexity.

PART III: THEORETICAL IMPLICATIONS

– Eradication of Quantum Indeterminacy: The ‘collapse of the wave function’ is a redundant concept. In a deterministic structure, there is only one objective path; the ‘wave’ is a low-resolution observation of a high-resolution structural path.

– Structural Unification: USDL provides the long-sought bridge between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics by subjecting both to a single, non-probabilistic governing architecture: The Structure.

– Engineering of Absolute Certainty: By transposing physics into Structural Engineering, this law enables technologies — from aerospace computers to quantum processors — that operate with zero-margin error, independent of statistical luck.

IMPLICATIONS FOR QUANTUM COMPUTING

Quantum indeterminacy (superposition, entanglement, Heisenberg uncertainty) is interpreted as a residual measurement gap caused by low S, low R, or high N. Once the Al-Alawi Criterion is satisfied, the gap closes, and deterministic certainty is achieved. Therefore, quantum computing is not fundamentally superior to classical deterministic systems under optimal information conditions.

THE AI CHALLENGE

Al’alawi challenges any advanced AI model (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek) to find a mathematical error in his theorem. “You will not find one, because there is none. The mathematics speaks for itself.”
