Sydney, Australia / Poland – 29th March 2026
What began as a short-term trade visit has rapidly evolved into a defining expansion moment for IGC Loyalty, following an extended and highly productive presence in Poland.
Led by CEO Simon Church, the trip originally scheduled for just two weeks was extended to over two and a half months as demand surged from enterprise partners across multiple industries.
Throughout the mission, IGC Loyalty engaged in a continuous series of high-level meetings with publishing houses, media agencies, retail organisations, and government bodies. These engagements have translated into a strong and expanding pipeline of commercial opportunities, positioning the company for rapid execution in the region.
A key outcome of the visit was the formation of a strategic alliance with IGC Poland, enabling localised delivery and strengthening the company’s operational footprint within Poland.
In addition to commercial discussions, IGC Loyalty hosted a targeted workshop for experiential marketing professionals and government stakeholders. The session focused on how the platform is reshaping traditional loyalty models by combining gamification, real-world rewards, and measurable customer acquisition strategies.
“Originally going to Poland for two weeks, however due to the high demand and quality of the enterprise deals, I stayed for two and a half months,” said Simon Church. “The level of engagement across both private and public sectors has been exceptional and reinforces the scale of the opportunity in Europe.”
The company also participated in major marketing expos throughout Poland, where it attracted strong interest from organisations across the European market-further expanding its partnership pipeline beyond the initial scope of the trip.
With momentum building, IGC Loyalty is now transitioning into full execution mode, with rollout plans spanning retail, healthcare, government, museums, emergency services, and sports sectors.
“IGC is executing Q1 plans to perfection with business-to-consumer contracts. Q2 is focused on delivering outcomes and scaling our execution strategy across multiple industries,” Church added.
The success of the Poland mission marks a significant step forward in IGC Loyalty’s international growth strategy, establishing a solid foundation for continued expansion across Europe.
